The firm is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Manager(BOVAEAP) and is a member of the Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA).
It was formed in 2004 and now having its 2 offices in Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya with 60 experienced negotiators, working closely with a network of other real estate valuers, agencies, lawyers, and financial institutions to provide hassle-free services to our clients.
The partners of iProp Realty are Ms. Loretta Marie Cheow, Ms. Katherine Ho, and Mr. KB Chan. Each of them has been in the real estate agency business for more than 25 years.
